Updated 10 October 2026.
These terms govern business use of PDF Kvadrati. By ordering, accessing or using the service, the Subscriber confirms that it has read and accepted them and that its representative is authorised to do so.
The service is intended for companies and other organisations. The Subscriber is responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of content, rights to templates and sources, and retention of generated documents.
The Subscriber must protect API keys, passwords and credentials, restrict access to authorised persons and notify us immediately of suspected misuse. It is responsible for calls made with its valid credentials.
Before business use and after material changes, the Subscriber must check content, layout, fonts, images, page breaks and accuracy of generated documents and error handling. External content and fonts may affect the result.
Unlawful use, access to others’ data, malicious content, attacks, bypassing limits, overload and attempts to access internal network or system resources are prohibited.
A free account includes 2 conversions a day. Higher volumes, prices, taxes, term and support are agreed by written offer. An enquiry is not a binding order and does not create an automatic charge.
The service is provided using reasonable best efforts without a guarantee of uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation. It depends on networks, hosting, email and availability of external web resources.
We may restrict, change, suspend or permanently discontinue access or the entire service at any time for maintenance, security, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, technical changes or a business decision. To the fullest extent allowed by law, that action alone creates no right to damages, lost profit or other compensation; mandatory statutory rights and expressly agreed written obligations remain unaffected.
PDF Kvadrati is a technical document-conversion service and does not replace business, tax or legal verification of content. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we accept no liability for indirect loss, data or profit loss, incorrect content or delays. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees paid for the three months before the event. This does not limit intent, gross negligence or liability that mandatory law does not permit us to limit.
The software, design, marks, documentation and materials remain their owners' property. The Subscriber receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while its license is valid.
We may change the service, API, features, infrastructure, documentation, prices and terms. Material changes are communicated reasonably; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
