Scope

This notice explains processing related to the website, enquiries, user accounts, HTML/URL-to-PDF conversion, support and technical logs.

Data we process

We process contact details, user accounts, protected passwords, API keys, usage, IP addresses, technical data and correspondence. HTML, web resources and PDFs are processed to perform conversion. Documents are not used for analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to enter into and perform the contract, convert documents, secure access, measure usage, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain reliability and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn.

Technical logs

We log request paths, time, response status and technical failure categories. Logs do not contain passwords, API keys, security tokens, HTML content or enquiry message bodies.

Retention and deletion

Technical log files rotate daily and by size; at most 30 files are retained by default. PDFs are returned to the user; the application does not archive documents. Accounts, usage records and correspondence are retained as needed for the service, security, billing and legal obligations.

Recipients and international processing

We use hosting, email and security providers. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions and may process technical browser and network data. URL conversion accesses the selected public source and its resources. We disclose data to authorities where required by law.

Security and continuity

We use HTTPS, access controls, protected authentication cookies, hashed passwords for new and upgraded accounts, request limits and security updates. No electronic service guarantees complete security or uninterrupted operation.

Individual rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent withdrawal and complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner. For data controlled by a Subscriber, contact it first; we may redirect the request or require proof of authority.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies support sign-in, form protection and language selection. The sign-in session lasts up to 8 hours and the language preference up to one year. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser. This site currently loads no analytics tools. You can reopen settings from the footer at any time. Turnstile is a security service used to prevent abuse.

PDF Kvadrati converts documents and does not verify their business, tax or legal accuracy. Site content is general technical information.
